In this episode, Sarah shares her personal pattern with wound healing, including some common signs that show that a wound might be ready to heal. She also shares some different places to find healing. There are many different avenues to find healing, as long as you are open and ready!
The wound healing pattern:
Lower level self soothing → Becoming aware and realizing what is ready to heal → Feeling of the emotions we were avoiding → Meditation and prayer, asking for guidance → Replace the negative energy with positive!
